Abstract
The room occupancy rate (TPK) for star hotels during March 2024 was 45.35 percent, an increase of 1.86 points compared to February 2024, recorded at 43.49 percent. ROR for non-star hotels fell 1.10 points to 20.09 percent.
Compared to the same month in the previous year, ROR for star hotels in March 2024 fell 3.19 points, and non-star hotels fell 1.60 points.
The number of guests staying at star-rated hotels in March 2024 was 36,578 people, an increase of 6.94 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels was recorded at 60,325 people, a rise of 0.61 percent compared to last month.
